  • These are not CONCRETE rules though. Some days you can try a bit heavier or lighter weights, but keeping the principles of the program constant
    Solid point Eric.
I tweaked my last wk of FD/FS this wk, due to my work schdule changing, sleep pattern and daily meal changes [times].
BTW, without changing my diet these 3 wks, i'm up 7 lbs bro!!!! thanks Eric!!!!!

    • I almost couldn't drive home after back and bi's yesterday. I felt for the first time what had been mentioned so many times. I was beyond shot, mind, and body. I was literally thinking of recommending a straight jacket for Mr. Broser, this of course between the curses. (Thanks) I never knew it was possible to break down your mind and body in this way!!! I went back to the locker room with mouth agape and blank stare in my eyes just sitting there. The lights were on but NOBODY was home! I was fighting not to let it all come back up... that's what my body wanted to do, the only reason i didn't give in was because i didn't want to waste all the nourishment I spent the last 90 minutes putting in.

Shoulders tonight.... for some reason i even more pumped about it now. Maybe i need a new canvas jacket with all the nice straps and shinny buckles as well!

If you are interested, go to my forum, which you can get to through my website. There are many PRRS journals there.

Just make sure you get a straight jacket that can easily be let out for all the new size you will be gaining on FDFS!

Anywhere from just below the knee to about mid-shin height is good for rack deadlifts. The range of motion should be varied from workout to workout.
