                        i have done 6 days a week for the last 4 years .i ve missed about 10 workouts in that time

                          5 just to hit all bodyparts on their own day and i do Tri's and Bi's on the same day. Cardio i do 2 maybe 3 times a week for about 20-30 mins.

                              I do 5 days a week. I use to do 6 but I get much better results with 5.
