How Often Per Week Do You Normally Workout?

I used to always do 5 days per week, but I felt like hitting my biceps 2x with back and arm day was putting too much stress on it so I've recently cut down to 4 days.
mon: legs, light weight calves
tue: chest, triceps
thursday:back, biceps, forearms

4-5 times a week, cardio of some sort on off days.

Fri - heavy barbell row plus each muscle fill up with blood(one exercise each)
