        Doing the splits, eh?

I am doing weights in the AM and cardio later in the afternoon now.

If only a cardio day, I do the HIIT in the AM on an empty stomach.

My main goal is weight loss so cardio in the morning on empty stomach and weights in afternoon. Sometimes if energy is low I will just do one session, weight followed by short cardio. Been on this basic schedule six months and working well.

Lift 4 days per week, spread out over 7-8 days, and alternate mod cardio on non-lifting days, and HIIT in the a.m. on non-lifting days weekly.

I recently started 'day on, day off' and I'm getting growth and more strength.

With 'day on day off' it will be 4 timer per week regardless of your lifting and rest days.

I work out 5 days a week with each day focusing on a different muscle group.

                                Monday is chest day
                                Tuesday is back day
                                Wednesday is shoulders
                                Thursday is leg day
                                friday is arm day
Saturday and Sunday are rest and fixing the house days.
and with all of those there are stabilizer workouts for the little things that may need improvement.
