    40-45mins normally, 60mins tops. Very rare I train longer than an hour.

      DC type training 40-45min tops. PL style more like 1-1.5..... Sometimes longer if I'm sittin around bullshittin.

          60mins usually, plus 20-30 if i do cardio.

            with cardio over 90. 30 minutes of it is cardio though. It matters how much drop set I do.

              45 to 60 min. The extra 15 is usually getting a pump on my abs or arms.

                Sometimes I only manage 25-30min...but then again that's usually for chest and I train that twice a week. One day is for pushing exercises and the other for flies. Some how I still get sore and still grow.

                  I started doing Sheiko #29 three weeks ago, so mine are ~2 hours.

                        You got a link to the Sheiko stuff? I have heard of it although Westside still seems to be the most popular here in New Zealand.

                          All I have is a link to a spread sheet for the program, the link in this thread (post #2) is what I used. Use the tabs at the bottom of the spread sheet to type in your maxes and figure out which one you want to use.
