    Ez-Bar and BB Weight

    How much would you say in your average gym:

    1) The EZ Curl bar weights?
    -I have heard 15, 17, 20, or 25...most say 15.

    2) Some gyms have a small barbell (not the long kind for bench) which is just for barbell curls, in which case the same question is asked, what does it weight.

      There are olympic sets & then the small ones. Don't know what they are called.

      The olympic barbell I believe weighs 45 lbs. Its e-z bar counter part I really don't know.

      The small barbell I would guess at 20lbs and the e-z 10lbs
