Registration by Invite Only
Hi Everyone. Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.
The Invitation must come from a No Bull member of 1 year or more, and it must be sent to Jen directly with an email address and username of the invitee.
I'm interesting to hear some feedback on this. When you're dieting down, is it true that if you choose to run on the tredmill it'll work against your leg muscles and lose size? Than using the bike or the elliptical.

Your legs will not shrink just because you run or use the elliptical machine. What you have to watch out for is recovery. If you over train your legs, they may lag in recovery due to decreased calories i.e. sub-par glycogen replenishment/storage in leg muscles.
If you start losing significant strength on squats and other leg exercises, then you know you need to back off HIT cardio and go with steady state.
