          I did it on a regular occasion, the 315 for 33 on the very next set was a pr. I had to lay on the floor for about 30 minutes. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, and no had camera phones back then. If you don't believe it, ok with me. There were guys in the gym squating 7 plates a side for around 10 reps. I didn't think my numbers were anything special. A friend of mine did 225 on his last set for 100. That was insane.

            This guy isn't v ery big at all and gets this easy. My legs taped at 32 at 5'6", maybe this is why.

                  Today I have done 76 reps with 221 lb and more deep than that guy, and my body weight is only 183 lb.
