I actually think the split is good if you want to try to bring up your chest. That said, a couple of notes...
1) this is assumiung your delts are already at a good size. If not, I'd sway the order and do Delts before chest #2.
2) Also, I'd make that second chest session a "mini" session. You don't train with the same volume here and you keep it to about 6-8 sets total (whereas you're prob doing 12+ sets on your regular chest day.
I have used these "mini" sessions over the course of a couple of years to bring up certain areas and it has worked very effectively. Just make sure your sleep, diet, and supplementation is on point to get the most bang for your buck.
