                  was Training neck today with a plate like in the below Video and was asked by a guy what i was doing. Shrugs etc build neck to a degree but for a martial arts Trainer and also Boxers neck Training is important. More importantly for me because of a neck injury a year ago. remember guys some years back using the neck harness with a plate hanging from a chain. the wrestlers Bridge exercise i have never liked and always thought it was too dangerous.

                    Kicking in martial arts is important and while i am a fan of V Gironda i find Sissy squats are very hard(for me) on my knees. Leg extensions are ok but this Video Shows a great alternative.. Tried it myself and itīs great.

                                some interesting calf work... I like jumping rope and a pre exhaust, Standing calf raises with jumping rope. really finishes you off.
