                I like overhead barbell extensions and dips. That's basically all you need

                  I like reverse grip bench press on the smith machine with a wide grip. I like to turn the bench backward so only my upper back is on it and my ass is hanging off. I like to drop the bar right below my chest (slow controlled negtive) then explode on the postive pushing the bar like i wanna throw it passed my legs and onto the floor (which is not gonna be possible)

                        i love a superset of straight bar cable pushdown/ rope extension oooooooooooooooohhhhhh the burn!!!!

                        also one arm cable pushdowns are awesome
