        I favor the bb flat and incline. I like db flat and incline, I also like cable crossovers, and db fly's. I do push-ups as well.

                      you haven't seen the size of her. March 1st i'm planning on hitting 500 for 10weeks. Been a while since i've been on about 2 years now about 6 since a test cycle.

                        My fave, the weighted dip, wasn't on there so I went with Smith Machine. DB Flye is a fave too.
