              Right now Incline Dumbell press is probably my favorite, mainly because it feels best on my fucked up shoulder.

                      I train alone so I have gotten to the piont where incline db just arent safe. tryin to kick up a pair of 100's just aint easy and takes away from the movement. I stick with bb incline so I can consistantly go heaver.

                          Gotta go with Dumbbell Incline; I just love how I can pause at the low end, and get a nice, painful stretch on those badboys!

                          Recently, I started doing Incline Smith Machine Presses again, I really like those too; I get a great isolation stretch and pump in my chest, which I have a real difficult time doing for some reason on almost all barbell bench press exercises.

                          And I also have to say, I use the Hammer Press machine, the one with the bars going at a slight diagonal angle out in front of your chest. I really don't ever feel quite right doing the full RoM on this exercise, however the stretch I can get at the low end on it it massive!

                          I am starting to really like getting a good chest stretch on chest day, it very much helps me get a good pump in my pecs and adds to the soreness the next day, which helps me feel like I did something right.

                            i did close grip bench presses for 300 pounds today. its really gave me girth in good places. likeit a lot never used to do this exercise before glad with the results.
