      nah.... been havin a lot of issues with my fam and have moved 3x in the past 8months. now in down by the beach and am pretty happy. just need to get back into the gym, iv been gone so long i dont know how to start back up....

        Sometimes a break is good. I'm sure you will be back to hitting it when you start getting that urge again.

          You just gotta get back in there bro. I had a cardiac arrest in APR and lost almost 40lbs....I was pretty much stagnant for 3+ months. No training. 2 meals per day. No supps.
          I cant run gear anymore.
          Still Im back to training and almost back up to my previous weight. Chubbier but still not bad. Strength is down because Im clean but Im making progress.

          If I can do it, clean, with a fuking pace maker in my chest....you can do it.
