  • new bloody bloods. Help is needed!

So this is me, playing around with only 150mg a week of test subq, a little bit of adex every week, not being strict, missing doses of test here and there, and eating bad (but bad for "us", not bad like my friends who eat pizza and beer every night yet still have perfect labs). I had cookies and pizza earlier in the week before this test, so I wonder if that could effect it to this degree. last year, with strict TRT protocol my lipids where GREAT. Lately though, BP and lipids are all over the place, and im relatively healthy so I wonder whats going on...
the bioavailable test seems low, the hemocrit seems like its gettin high, and my monocytes have been low for the last year or so (which makes me concerned). TSH seems low too, time to jump on any T3?
looking for educated opinions from Spart, heavy, and all others who love to analyze labs. Thanks!

You don't want a high tsh. That means your thyroid needs a lot of stimulation to get the proper amount of t3 and t4. The lower level that you have indicate your levels would be vood cause your brain is not tellig the hypothalamus to put out more tsh

I would think your test levels should be much higher than that at 150 mg/week. You sure your test is legit?

LDL is indicative of a poor diet in many cases. HDL looks very good for a TRT patient. Add fiber to your diet and avoid bad fats.
TSH is good. 2.0 is about perfect for our purposes.
Hematocrit is fine but you could give blood if you are worried about it.

I would up your AI a touch if you want more free T.
