  • What have been your biggest cycle mistakes or gaffs?

Considering that I am starting my first cycle presently, I think a thread like this would be helpful in seeing how other people have logged their previous cycles, the mistakes they've made and the resolutions for those mistakes. Everything from diet to drugs. In other words, if you had a best friend who decided to start up, what would be your foremost cautionary advice for him?

Hire a personal trainer and nutritionist before ever cycling.

not eating and training in a true bodybuilding fashion.
don't get me wrong, i always ate a lot and trained hard but i over thought the whole process the first couple of times and did not gain the way that i could have if i had done it right.
your first couple of cycles you have the potential to gain in a way that you will never be able to match again, all i can say is eat and train right. put as much thought and excitement into that as you do your cycle and you will do well.

I have to agree here. But don't jumpin and hire first one you talk to. And have them give references . One thing i do if a client comes to me is i have a photo album of many of my past clients Before and after pics. Also since your gonna be on cycle make sure person you hire has experience working with clients who were on cycle.

Get legit AI's and PCT. I had Dex on hand for a cycle that was fake and gyno is no fun. Also make sure you're in the right mind set and have the time to dedicate to do it right...The best cycles I ever did had something to do with the drugs but I think more about my state of being and how life was....Being in a good mood, being able to get the sleep I needed, make quality meals, etc.

I think this is advice for anybody looking to get serious with weightlifting to begin with. You should have at least dilettante-knowledge of nutrition before even thinking about pinning.

                I like that a lot.

All of my friends are much older than me and have been on gear for quite some time now. One of them, for his first cycle a long time ago, jumped on 1g of Test for 12 weeks. He figured he could eat less than he was before the cycle and let the drugs do most of the work, so he became lazy in the kitchen. He says that's one of his biggest gaffes in his cycle history. He says he still cringes when he thinks about how dumb he went about it.

Would you say that an AI is absolutely necessary?

I think the biggest mistakes iv made it is trying to use more then I need to get where I wanted to be... So, for new hues don't be in a rush to blow up and get huge. If the drugs are good and you eat, sleep and train right it will come. Also the slower the gains come to you the Easyer they are to he on to, imo.

You would be foolish not to have an AI on hand. I would say they are absolutely necessary. It is a nightmare to need and not have. To have and not need is always the better scenario.

Make sure the stuff you get is legit, and run a AI. I got stuff from a person I was friends with for 10 years and it was BS, caused me nothing but problems.
