I like that a lot.
All of my friends are much older than me and have been on gear for quite some time now. One of them, for his first cycle a long time ago, jumped on 1g of Test for 12 weeks. He figured he could eat less than he was before the cycle and let the drugs do most of the work, so he became lazy in the kitchen. He says that's one of his biggest gaffes in his cycle history. He says he still cringes when he thinks about how dumb he went about it.
but that being said, i commend you for doing it right.
you have done as i did prior to "coming to the dark side", you have probably asked every guy you know, every forum out there, googled searched your ass off. let me tell you know that you efforts as of now, far out weigh the guy you are probably looking at you local gym wishing to be. i commend you for that.
as i said before your first year on is the time to make the gains, knowledge is power. i know that is a gi joe quote but it stands true.
here is an example that i can give. my time in the military i went in with a great mindset and a ton of knowledge and preparation, so much that i excelled in everything i attempted, that being said i remember one statement i heard over and over again that at the time i thought was dumb as shit but as of now i know that "attention to detail", really means every aspect of your life.
short story:
every soilder in my platoon had to show up every monday with a fresh high top fade, no exceptions.
over and over i heard that failure to do so reflected that soldiers ability to perform and be at his best.
at the time i thought "are you fucking kidding me?, a haircut???, my unit deploys more than any other in the army (facts back that up) and you are telling me that a haircut matters what happens 6 weeks from now in the "suck", well it did. all the guys that slacked on the details, were the first to have fear in a firefight, the first to over react, the first to basically not perform their duties. and in that "world" it meant life or death.
in body building it means getting what you want or looking good.
and i gain guarantee you want to look better than good, you have the bb bug, it means looking better than your average gym rat and knowing but never taking off that shirt to acknowledge until that one day and then boom, you do, and from that day on you are never looked at the same.
and my vagina just exploded in text. lol.The nation which forgets its defenders will be itself forgotten
