I realize this is not AAS related directly but the more serious lifters tend to post here.
Im referring to wraps for wrist support, not straps to hang more weight off of your limbs. I see people often confuse the two.
I just got a pair of Inzer Z wrist wraps. Its my first time using real wraps , and using them properly. I used them yesterday and went up to 420 lbs on smith inclines expecting my wrists to be worse off the following day. My wrists and hands had some pain before I began the session. Afterwards though my wrists actually feel better and no pain. Just the usual hand numbness ive had for several years.
Does anyone use wraps for tricep and bicep work? Or anything else? What about elbow sleeves. Useful on arms? I only use elbow sleeves for chest along with wrist wraps. My wrists are pretty beat up as mentioned
Thinking of trying them out for my next arm session. Wrists usually flare up towards the end.
All feedback appreciated
