    Hi all,

    I have the chance to pick up a bottle of Spawn PH(this will be my first PH cycle, so i am a newbie at this) and i want to take this while cutting good idea or not, not sure. I get what to take with it during the 4 week cycle, but what kind of PCT stack should i go with after the fact. Since this will be my first try at a PH any other good info would be greatly appreciated.

    Best products out now come from iron mag labs... They have a PH for just about anything anyone would been. I would look into them before you spend on any PH.


    as for spawn PH, I don't know anything about it...

          Hardcore workin out a little over a year, i started at 260lbs and have slowly work down to 195lbs with clean eating, weights and cardio. Why do you say i need to eat more? right now i get just about 2500 cals with a ratio of 50P/30F/20C I would like to get to about 7% BF, i am not looking to be uber huge but in the long run i would like to be 200lbs at 6-7% BF, i am sure that is a ways off though.

            I say "you need to eat more" because at 6'3 195 is thin... Now you say you don't want to be huge just lean makes more sense to me about the weight.

            A PH will help build muscle and or keep it when trying to cut body fat. Dropping body fat is clean diet and cardio more then the drugs you take to get lean... Other then real fat burners like clen,ephedrine or dnp.

            whats the diet look like? I know you said 50-30-20 but what are you eatting to get that?

              Most protein is coming from chicken, protein powder and tuna, sometimes steak when I am getting sick and tired of chicken. Carbs mostly come from brown rice, I don't count veggies and some come from the fruit I eat in the morning. Fats come from heavy whipping cream I add to my shakes, 2oz. per shake and just the food I eat over the day with some supplemental fats added in as well.

                unless your a genetic freak, using drugs to cut is best for the average guy. Gain weight, even with drugs, some will be fat. My advice would be to bulk around 2800 for a while drug free, and then use a PH or AAS when cutting. It helps you keep muscle size and fullness. I dieted hard without drugs once and looked awful.

                  Spawn should be good both for cutting and bulking -assuming it is the original Spawn. A bit too strong for a first PH cycle but overall a good choice. At 195 and your height I would bulk up on it for sure. I am the same height but I weigh 100 more lbs. Started around 210 semi-lean 6 years ago.
