Blast by the word is to go high doses for a short time (4-6wks) if you use a long ester during that 4-6wks they will just be getting going before the time is over. So for a real "blast" you would use short esters for a short time with a high dose. Longer the 6wks IMO shouldn't be called a blast rather a cycle.
a "blast" cycle would be like this... I'm planning on doin this soon.
wks 1
1cc sust 250 every day
1cc NPP every other day
1-1.5cc bold cyp/prop every other day
60-100mg tbol Ed (60 on days off)
wks 2-4
(same as above just minus the sust)
maybe add in 1cc of prop eod

I see what your saying. Blasting and cruising for most would or should be cycling and crushing.
I think blast it used way to often in the incorrect form around here. Long esters on long cycles makes sense... Helps keep the pinning down but using long esters on a short run just don't make a hole lotta sense to me... To each his own.

I've just always considered "Cycling" to mean you PCT after the cycle; "Blasting and Cruising" means you simply never come off.

Lol.... Didn't see the "crushing".
i guess you could be rite on the cycling and coming off thing (I'm not afraid to say when I'm wrong) just seems weird to me.
suspension makes the body hold water... Alot of it. It would be good for off season preworkout kicks or when on low cal or no carb time or some shit li that so you can get through the hard session ahead.
