Ok I wanted to share my experience with these 2 compounds. I've never used them before so this was a learning experience. I started my contest prep 32 days ago . starting weight was 238 . Since i never used these before i basically screwed up my prep . I set my calories and cardio up as i always do without compounds. That was my first screw up . Second screw up was not adjusting calories just backing down on cardio . That was wrong answer . to make this story short i,m currently sitting at 214 !! Thats 24 pounds in 32 days!!!! I adjusted my calories this weekend and hopefully will at least not repeat this mistake again!!!!

But t3 is now my bulking drug for short periods to keep me ahead of the game when it's time to cut. Much better way to use it. Stuff has me look like total shit when using it dieting. You will look better days after you come off in such cases...
