    Ok I wanted to share my experience with these 2 compounds. I've never used them before so this was a learning experience. I started my contest prep 32 days ago . starting weight was 238 . Since i never used these before i basically screwed up my prep . I set my calories and cardio up as i always do without compounds. That was my first screw up . Second screw up was not adjusting calories just backing down on cardio . That was wrong answer . to make this story short i,m currently sitting at 214 !! Thats 24 pounds in 32 days!!!! I adjusted my calories this weekend and hopefully will at least not repeat this mistake again!!!!

    lol been there. my first run with tren t3 and clen i ended up looking like a pancake. are you carb cycling?

      Yes i'm gouig 75/100/100/150/near 0 on non workout day/ 300 on leg day . 150 . But i've been adjusting my calories last few days to so really hard to say my exact carb amounts now cause i'm still trying to level out . Been keeping my fats high and will continue this . around 130gr a day on fats . Yes this is little high but seems to work good for me.

          if he does that, then goes train legs, he will be seeing all fucked up from bp issues. Most t3 ever used by me was 75mcg and only a few days. 50mcg does a damn good job!

          But t3 is now my bulking drug for short periods to keep me ahead of the game when it's time to cut. Much better way to use it. Stuff has me look like total shit when using it dieting. You will look better days after you come off in such cases...

              Yes i was talking about the carbs. I'm running 50mcg of T3 , 80mcg clen .

                  with T3 having the potential to burn muscle I usually don't like using it until the end of my contest prep just to put the finishing touches on. Even then I still stick to 12.5mcg/day

                    What my plan was this year was to diet harder at first of prep and be basically ready 4 weeks out and just try and fill out a little coming into show. But i just lost a little to fast and need to adjust my calories . Which sofar this week seems to be working. Was 214 saturday 213 today.
