      I know guys that are in the 270-80 range that are not that strong.

        Normaly I try to get it on vid everytime I'm tryin a new max,but with only bein in my equiptment 2x I guess I'm just trying to get the number on my lifts goin up.

                Toady gonna try and do more legs... Did it last wk and seemed to work well. Just gonna load the bar and do some walkouts, hack squats (face in) and some more glut/hams

                            Ok....

                            The last wk or so iv been thinkin abou the AAS I'm on and the supplyer I got em from. Well what I'm gettin at it I'm droppin all the oils iv been using and goin back to prop and 300mg only.... I'm pretty sure the EQ I got was junk, the cyp works but from wk 2 my skinhas been really fuckin bad! It looks like it did when I was on tren.

                            So, I will only be on 300mg prop and the blacklion SD and form. Iv got a sourse from a very reliable guy and as soon as I can I'm gonna order up more cyp and eq.... But till then I'll be back to minimal amounts.

                              well, id like to say today went great but it didnt.....

                              im havin a real bad time this time around. i think im expecting things from my gear that are not happining,like i said my shit it junk. i did feel good but.....

                              squats
                              585-1 635-1 675 i lost my ballance on the way down and good thing my spotters where on ther game. cuz i t would have been ugly if i would have went down.
                              585-3 < this set really sucks the life out of me.

                              high box squats
                              500-8x3 < light, like i said.... that set of 3 really kills me.

                              glute/ham
                              body-12x3 gonna add more weight next time around


                              even though it wasnt the day i wanted.... i was feelin strong, just lost a step on the heavy set. but even the set of 3 felt easyer then last wk. so i guess the day was not all bad...
