                    For starters.
There has to be a zero tolerance policy in place if you want to create an atmosphere even remotely comfortable for any woman to contribute in. I mean...the first thread in this section and we already have remarks like this waste of space I've quoted above.

Secondly, men should not be welcome to contribute in these forums at all by offering drug advice of any kind. Men giving women drug advice is the root of everything that is wrong with female bodybuilding.

Third, women should be have the option of PMing questions to mods for discretion purposes. Not everyone is comfortable asking questions on the open board.

If you wish to support female bodybuilders/female athletes by providing them with the knowledge necessary to be successful and safe in their drug usage, then there need to be precautionary measures taken to ensure that boundaries are not crossed and a certain level of respect is maintained in such discussions. This is a sensitive subject for many. There is enough trash in the pit regarding this issue anyway. No need to have it infiltrate forums that actually serve a beneficial purpose.

These are my suggestions. I have had much success working chemical forums that actually had set rules in place that were enforced without exception. Censorship is not encouraged in large communities and I can respect that. But how are we to even remotely attempt to rectify all that is wrong with women and uniformed drug use if we are deprived the opportunity to assist them in making the right choices for themselves? The sad truth is, women would rather use google than self educate. They would rather experiment for themselves than frequent reputable communities to consult with others for fear of jackasses jumping down their throats and accusing them of having a desire to achieve nothing more than sprouting a fully function penis.

Just my suggestions. I would like to see a forum like this succeed. I would hate for it to die rather quickly when the very first thread already has trolling douchebags with their lame attempts at insults. This will only lead to useful threads turning into pissing matches, which will inevitably lead to people losing interest in the discussion and moving on to more productive and useful exchanges.

                    Thoughts and feedback are welcome.

I agree with SS. There should be a 2 strikes your out policy here. First one you get a warning for a misunderstanding, second you're gone permanently. I know very little about female athletes and chemical enhancement and I would like to see this forum succeed so I may be educated.

We will moderate this section at a high standard. I have been an advocate of female aas use for years and believe that education is paramount while judgement should be left outside. However if a guy is joking around I don't think we should over react. With that said any insults or personal attacks that are disrespectful of women will not be tolerated.

I generally agree that women should be advisors in this area however I know of several men I would say are qualified to advise on female aas use. I think a broad discrimination against men should not be the rule.

As for PM's being posted anonymously here I am all for it and have been involved in that role in years past. Any lady may PM me a question and I would be happy to post it anonymously.

I hope that we can create an informational and positive environment for all involved.

Looking forward to seeing this roll out guys! This forum is in good hands!

My own comment is focus on goals & expectations. People often get into things because someone told them it would "lean them out" & "tone them up". Its more than just saying "No you shouldn't use this".. but also explain why or why not. Telling someone "no" usually gives them 5x more drive to do it.

                              I hear what your saying.

I put up a sticky in every women's forum explaining how serious the zero tolerance policy will be taken concerning any statements that are disrepectfull in the least.

When I saw that the first few posts were concerning women using large doses of testosterone, I didn't say anything yet because I didn't think the guys posting it meant any harm and no one had posted here yet, except glamgirl.

However, I DID notice and had already determined that it was NOT going to go that direction. After a first offense, there will be a PM of a serious tone and if it happens one more time, it will be turned over to the Mods immediately. The mods understand the sensitivity behind this forum, so they are not going to let these things continue.

I am going to post here what I posted in the women's section, so that things are made clear.

I would also agree with you about only women giving advice if it weren't for the fact that we are so low staffed on qualified women who can do so. I know you can, but the only other one I personally know of is Sassy. I understand there may be several others, but I do not know them because I don't frequent the women's boards too much. However, I know who you are and I have seen Sassy post here before.

If there was some women who had some type of commitment to keep this forum running and the quesstions answered, I would be all for it, but I don't know how we would do that right now without any commitments and so few women.

If we could get those, I would have no problem with it as long as it can be properly monitored, as we all know leaving posts unanswered for days is not helping anyone. Ideally, your suggestion is the best way, but we would need to find way to do it.

Still, I woudn't want to ban men from posting here as long as it's in good faith and with respect.
