This maintenance will be done at a time that will impact traffic the least, but offer huge benefits. Especially with the Olympia right around the corner.
Enjoy and thanks in advance for your understanding.
Best

The vital role that hormones play in the human body starts in the uterus. It is a common misconception to think that hormones only come into play at puberty. Believe it or not both girls and boys are born with slightly overdeveloped breasts because of the flood of oestrogen that passes through the placenta to the fetus. Now granted the enlargement does eventually subside in boys, it might linger around a little longer in girls due to their own hormonal makeup. However, it might take years sometimes before the hormonal fluctuations level out to where there is a noticebale decrease in enlarged breast tissue in makes. So grab a bra boys. lol

    Have a great weekend!

Thank you for the vote of confidence, Mike. Ok, so where were we...Hormones! Yes. For starters, let us take a look at the definition of a hormone to put things in proper perspective. A hormone is a chemical substance produced by an endocrine gland that has a specific effect on the activities of other organs in the body. The primary female and male hormones are classified as either estrogens or androgens with both classes being present in both genders, only in vastly different amounts. Estrogens produced primarily by a female's ovaries stimulate the development of secondary sex characteristics such as breast development, pubic hair growth and the menstrual cycle...etc Bare in mind that the female reproductive system is highly complex and several hormones, organs and glands must function harmoniously in order for everything to work just right. If you have a basic understanding of the female reproductive system and the effects of hormonal fluctuations that take place throughout the course of a woman's lifespan, it becomes relatively easier to manipulate these factors in order to produce the results sought by most female athletes, fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders. Such manipulations can range from a complete sex change, where the hormonal profile is dramatically altered, to basically breaking through "plateaus" that would have otherwise been genetically impossible for an "unaltered", healthy biological woman.

I am presenting arguments and trying to make this write up as comprehensive as possible as we go so that this thread does not deter anyone from actually doing too much random reading. I understand everyone wants to get to the point, but we've implemented that approach on numerous occasions in the past only to have the sport go to hell in a handbasket. Feel free to express thoughts and ask questions as this discussion unfolds.

Next, I will go through the stages in female hormonal development and provide you with a brief description of this progression and its effects on the female anatomy. Thank you for your patience, as this can get time consuming.
