Jeff, I just finished reading your blog for your approach to the week 10 diet. I am appreciative and it is interesting that you even with your recent outstanding pics you are flexible to attention on the feedback from your body for your adaptable diet and for keeping how you want to appear, not necessarily for the weight factor. I am learning a lot from you. Compliments on your approach so far.
Please make a brief comment on the following. On July 11 you gave me some suggestions for increasing protein and lowering my fat stats. Ok, now these are my latest, if my math is correct, protein 63%, carbs 21%, fat 16%. My body feels good,
but are these new stats fine for a balanced diet for cutting? Just from most cutters, would this be good for the next four weeks?
