      Actually, its probably not as exciting as you might think. It was about midnight when the show ended and I was thirsty and hungry. Not many places were open so I went to a restaurant and ate what I had packed earlier: a big piece of salmon and some rice. When I'm really, really hungry I tend to want to eat something substantial, not junk. I didn't really eat anything exciting when I was in NY. But, when I got home the first place I went was to a sushi buffet.

              unfortunately I'm in actualyl in a prep phase so it looks like we'll both be waiting for some good food for a little longer

                  • its going. some bumps in the road, but nothing too serious. I just got a new job and Ill be moving to a new state so Im taking a little break and holding off on getting back into serious training until I get myself settled in.

                    • Possibly a simple question on the "squat" exercise. Is the correct form is to
                      1) keep the back straight, 2) lower oneself, till one's tail goes past the perpendicualr of one's thighs?

                        Thats cool. Must be exciting, I hope it goes well. On the bright side, sometimes a little break is good--you'll be refreshed mentally and physically; and training will go well.

                          Simply put, yes. I would try to avoid leaning forward too much. Its really hard to describe this without seeing it, but I don't see anything wrong with what you wrote.

                          • Jeff...This is great! I didn't want to cheat myself, because I was being too cautious and so actually not going down far enough, and even being above parallel. So ideally I now know I can train to go lower. Thanks.
