Hi Everyone. Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.
The Invitation must come from a No Bull member of 1 year or more, and it must be sent to Jen directly with an email address and username of the invitee.

        Yeah that didn't work for me either. I tried using ctrl+u, but that didn't work.

            • Do you like to plan out your workouts before hitting the gym or do go all by feel? I ask because I usually like doing about 12 intense sets for my quad workout, but sometimes I get so tired and sore I at about the 8th set that I feel I might be over doing it if I continue to push toward the normal 12 sets I like to get. What do you think? Thanks.

                    Yes, I go in with a plan; however, if I feel, as in the situation you described, that I REALLY shouldn't do more, I stop (or if something hurts, I either stop or do something different that doesn't hurt). If I feel good and everything goes smoothly, I follow my plan. However, I do try to listen to my body at the same time.

                      It didn't work (see signature), but thanks for the suggestion.

                      Maybe it has something to do with this (which is right below the box where you type the signature):
                      Signature Permissions Allow BB Code No
                      Allow HTML No

                      Allow Smilies Yes
                      Can Upload Images for Signature No
                      Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No




                      Coud it be that I need to set "allow HTML" to "yes" ? I tried, but couldn't figure out how to do this.
                      Really, I guess its no big deal, I could just leave it as text.

                        • Jrod, I became a fan after watching your in the trenches video. You're awesome! I'd like to know when you're going to show us how you perform your chest / tricep movements. I'm very interested in seeing your strict form on these. I'm guilty of using alot of heavy weights and loving it as I'm getting good results, but I can't help but think I'd get better results by giving my ego a rest.

                            Many times I've been about to clear a rep and they would grab the bar. Many times also they're screaming at me throughout the entire set, "ONE MORE, DO IT" when I have about 6 more in me. It's rough times here, but I'm glad that people listen.

                            These days I don't go so heavy that I'd need a spot anymore though for chest, even though I still go heavier than maybe I should.

                              I don't see a signature area under my user CP so, I can't play with it. The HTML No permission is usually set by the forum amin. Maybe ask an admin to check it out for you.
