My opinion is that its easy to define the extreme cases of whether someone is natural or not. For example, if someone takes steroids, they are not natural. If someone has never even taken a supplemet, they are natural. However, when it gets to the gray areas its sometimes tough to say.
I see it like this. See that picture I attached. I drew it on MS paint so pretend it looks better, but it is a colored line which fades from a clear red to clear pink. Now, tell me the EXACT point at which this line can be cut such that on one side you have the color pink, while on the other side you have the color red. Tough, isn't it? Same with defining whats natural, I can give you a broad definition, but there are times when its really hard to say exactly where to make the distinction.
Whats more important to me is being natural under what is defined as natural for whatever show you're doing (not my definition). That is, not taking substances banned for the specific show you are doing and/or being clean for as long as defined.Attached FilesJeff Rodriguez

I'm not sure what my bodytype is. I don't really like the whole bodytype concept, but just for the sake of answering your question I would say some mixture of meso and ecto (probably more meso than ecto, but both). Better yet, here's exactly what my bodytype looks like:

Also, that link can answer your second question, yes I prepare my diet for a contest.Jeff Rodriguez

Hi Jeff Id also like to know what training split you use.
Do you use a v bar for your triceps pulldowns? And do you wide grip chin a lot? One thing ive noticed since I resumed training a few months back after 20 years im 45 now is that hardly anyone in my gym chins I always rated it as a better exercise for lats than lat pulldowns.
Your Physique looks top class with great symmetry with a small waist. I hate the look of the new crop of Bodybuilders with big bulky looking waists you look a million dollars compared to them and your triceps are on another planet . I wish you the very best for the future.

For triceps pushdowns I use one of those angled bars which look like curl/ez bar grips (its pretty much the same as a v-bar). As for pull ups, I do them (see current training split), but I do not use a wide grip. I usually use the parallel bars that stick out above the straight bar on most stations (its like a v-bar). But, if I were to use the straight bar, I would grip it just a bit wider than shoulder width, not a wide grip. Also, I add weight with a dip belt when doing pull ups.
Thanks for the compliments!

I use this site a lot for looking up foods. Try looking them up in terms of cups:

You're looking good, getting better every week!
I've never weighed it out. I think the label on the bag of dextrose says 1teaspoon = 4g carbs, but I use 5.Jeff Rodriguez

Jeff, do you think this is overkill for the shoulders on a cut? I use Max-OT style training as well
On my chest day I do:
3 x Incline DB Press
2 x Flat BB or DB Press
2 x Parallel Bar Dips
Then later in the week on shoulders day I do:
3 x Seated DB Shoulder Press
2 x Seated BB Shoulder Press
2 x Standing DB Side Lateral Raises
I was thinking about eliminating the seated BB shoulder presses and just doing the 3 sets of seated DB shoulder presses and 2 sets of side lateral raises for shoulders. What do you recommend? I know the front delts get hit hard on my chest day as well, so not sure what to do!

Yeah, front delts do get hit well on chest day.
Instead of getting rid of BB completely, how about 2 db, 1 BB, and 2 side laterals? (thats actually what I'm doing right now for shoulders).Jeff Rodriguez
