Hahaha, we will see. I wouldn't count it out; but I doubt it too.

I wont know what I weigh till it's too late for diet to affect my weight. Probably a few days before the show.

so guesstimate what do u think u weigh?? U look over 200lbs if I had to take a guess myself. Low 200's. What do u think??

Did u even take your weight when u started dieting?

I was consistently around 205 (not usually less) before dieting. I didn't take my weight the day I started dieting, but I'm sure I weighed in the 205 range then too.

Guesstimating, I'd say I like you said, low 200's.

            • Hi Jeff,
Been following this log and have to say you are a HUGE inspiration to me. I'll be in the audience rooting for you this year...and 2009 will be my first attempt at competing in the Team Universe.
You are the epitome of a perfect classic bodybuilding physique!

What Species supplements are you currently using? I was considering using Carbolyze and Isolyze.

              • Jrod, when you rest in between intervals you lower the intensity but keep moving at a slow pace or you actually stop all physical activity???

Hey Dominic, thanks for the compliments.

I have tried Isolyze, Carbolyze, and Fiberlyze.
I'm currently using Isolyze. The amounts and times I use it are listed in my blog.

Come up and say hi when you see me walking around at the TU.

I stop activity. I treat it like resting between a lifting set.

I start next week....definitely excited. Keep in touch and keep up the great work. I'll be watching the Team U for sure this year. I know you'll do very well! Talk to you soon!

                          • Awesome progress Jeff! I have an off the wall question... What brand/kind of rice cakes do you consume and to split hairs even further, what is the actual macro break down? Obviously you feel it's a pretty awesome carb source. Do you feel it's optimal compared to other sources... ie oats, sweet potatos etc..?

I greatly appreciate your time! Keep tearin' it up!
