This maintenance will be done at a time that will impact traffic the least, but offer huge benefits. Especially with the Olympia right around the corner.
Enjoy and thanks in advance for your understanding.
Best

PS Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.
The Invitation must come from a No Bull member of 1 year or more, and it must be sent to Jen directly with an email address and username of the invitee.

I certainly believe you, and agree for sure with Tim. Those pics make your arms look like 19's or 20's. Good stuff J...looking forward to seeing how you fare at the TU this year.

On a side note, where do you place your hands while doing lying triceps extension? Just curious as you hear of so many people complaining about elbows hurting, etc. which is why I hold it a bit wider then the norm on the e-z bar but was wondering if maybe this is not as beneficial overall in development.
I dont do that exercise with a regular curl bar these days (yes, you guessed it right, they hurt) so I've been doing them on the cable station (still lying on a bench). I would say do them however they don't bother you because its not gonna make a big difference where you grip it; if you're working your triceps, you're working them!

^^^ That just goes to prove that bodybuilding is all an illusion because your waist seems much smaller and everything else seems bigger!

I've gotten questions here before about measurements, and I very very rarely take them, but I took some quick ones today (without even taking my shirt off), and here are some rough measurements, for all the times i said "i have no idea":

arm flexed 17 ish inches, 24-25 inch thighs, 31-32 inch waist and chest (under armpit) around 45 inches
