Hi Everyone.
Just as a friendly reminder between December 7th thru December 8th, the forum will be undergoing an upgrade and service may be disrupted for a period of time. This maintenance will be done at a time that will impact traffic the least, but offer huge benefits. Especially with the Olympia right around the corner.
Enjoy and thanks in advance for your understanding.
Best
Jen

PS Because of the email regisration being abused, registration will be by invitation only.
The Invitation must come from a No Bull member of 1 year or more, and it must be sent to Jen directly with an email address and username of the invitee.

    No problem. It's well deserved.

I had been thinking about a show or two this fall but that has taken a bit of a back seat to some personal stuff (all really good things, tho). So I have no definite plans as of now.

I feel kinda lazy for just asking, but I've been out of the loop for so long I don't feel like going back through all of your posts, lol. But what are your future plans?
And I did see you out of the TU, I was just wondering what happened? It looked like it could've been your year for sure as a mw.

    Great job on the dips!

    nice pics.
One of the reasons why I have so much respect for you Jrod, no bs, and you seem to have a passion and internal drive for this sport, I will be rooting for you next time you hit the TU stage!

I'm not 100% sure but maybe around 185-190. As far as weight dropped, probably about 10 pounds (after water restriction). Also, keep in mind in only dieted for 2.5-3 weeks for my first show.

Just saw the IFPA Pro USA here in sacramento, Kiyoshi placed a close second to phillip ricardo jr, and cleveland thomas (runner up in a close decision to doug miller at the yorton cup in 09) placed third. Easily the most stacked natural line up I've ever seen. Did you happen to see it?

Here are some pics from Alberto's log

Great write up with pics and video!

dude if you ever wanted to compete outside of the NPC I think you could do very well, Phillip won like 2 grand I think?

Honestly, I'm really bad about noticing little things like that. I base my decisions like this more on the science behind how its supposed to work. I have a hard time feeling little differences like fullness. That, or maybe I just get used to things and it becomes the standard.

Glad you seem to like it though.

Depends on the bodypart. Anywhere from about 4 to 8 sets.

As for failure, depends on the workout, but I'd say anywhere from 50-75% taken to failure.
