If you're doing 2 sets for an exercise - Say you get 5 reps on the first set and 3 reps on the second set. Would you decrease the weight the next week or keep the weight the same and just try to get that second set in the 4-6 rep range?

Depends on how I feel the next week. If I think I can get both sets within 4-6, I'll go with the heavier weight; if I'm not sure I'll probably go with the next weight down (usually 5 pounds down). When I'm in a situation where I have 2 sets and am unsure wether I should use X or X+5, I usually go with X and use the best for/feel I can. Then, for the next set, if I think I can still use good form and feel the exercise, then I go up; otherwise I just stick with X.

Great info Jeff! I got spray tanned at the Natural Northern the last 2 years. It does make things alot more simple, although it is kind've expensive. I trying to decide whether or not to go that route for my next show and I think you've just convinced me! It is kind've hectic trying to get you're color just right in a hotel room. I've always had a lot of trouble getting that Jan Tana competition tan even also.

Again great job and congratulations!
If you don't want to spend the money on the spray tan (which is totally understandable!), but like the color of the spray tan, I would give the "high definition color" by jan tana a shot. Its the same stuff used in the spray gun. It comes in a pump type bottle and dispenses as a watery mousse/foam which you can apply with the pad/applicator it comes with. You might want to shop around for a deal, but here's what it looks like:
