Last training cycle I tried out a new supplement; beta alanine. I can't say I'm sure I "FELT" it working, but I did set a lot of personal records last training cycle. It could have been just a coincidence, or not, either way, beta alanine is not very expensive, so I'll keep taking it. I did the loading phase (as suggested) by taking 2.5 grams in the morning, 2.5g pre and post workout, and 2.5 g 1-2 times more throughout the day. I did this for about 3 weeks then started taking just 2.5 grams pre and post workout.
