  • Many ways bro! I should get some tips for you lol. The best tip is to make sure you are consistent with your nutrition and are in full control of your intake daily, you would be surprised by being in control of macros going up and down daily and keeping them tamed how well the body reacts. As far as strength goes, I like keeping the hypertrophy work (volume) down which most consider 12-20 reps hypertrophy work. I think a lot of frequency like for my bench works wonders, 2-4x per week in the rep range of 2-5 working in the 70-85% weight ranges. Squats alwyas work better 2x per week for me ALWAYS with speed/repitition work one day and max effort the other alternating deadlifts and squat variations. If I do not pull from the floor it effects me with a conventional pull, but I usually train no more than 5 reps on deadlifts, maybe occasionally do a rep out set at the end.

    A lot of set routines like Sheiko are amazing, but really stick to what got you where your training is taking you, but enhance it by training hardr, increasing volume, maybe frequency or more max effort work/variety in exercises (ex. board press, floor press instead of flat bench)
