      I've seen Layne's response and he suggests taking at least 4 weeks of of CM. What I do to keep it simple, is go two months on, one month off. It takes about a month to get your system to 100% (no loading required) train with it at full capacity for a month, and then it takes about a month to get everything back to normal.

        My general understanding is that there is no reason to ever cycle off of creatine. Layne can obviously correct me if I'm wrong, but that is what I've gathered.

          actually that may have changed. It looks like the creatine receptor downregulates over time and intracellular levels of creatine start to decline

                          I trained for 4 years before competing but only trained seriously about a year or so.

                          at my last show I was about 190-195 onstage
