Most people don't realize volume and frequency are forms of overload, you can't always get stronger but you can always do an extra set or increase your frequency. I just feel like a program should take advantage of all the variables to modulate overload & muscle gain

ALA on the other hand Deserusan posted some research showing normal ALA may be ineffective as S-ALA can mess with protein systhsis. And R-ALA itself isn't too bioavailable/stable. K-RALA is the best version it seems.

Bulk/Cut ?'s
Sup Layne, comming close to being done with my cut, couple things about the bulk/cut.
-Do you have anything written on it or from other forums.
-When you start increasing the carbs, how much?
-Is it possible to loose bf while bulk/cutting?
