To echo Layne, now's not the time to screw with things. If it makes you feel better, IMHO keeping things normal will probably do more for you than some crazy last minute things. If you do some knee jerk something, the result might (probably) won't be what you want. Keep it simple and you are definately better off at this point.
I agree with this. Crou you are in good shape and look pretty good to me, the last thing you want to do is try to pull a bunch of different opinions in from multiple sources and sort them all out.

His only advice for the day of the show was a sweet potato a "couple of hours" before pre-judging and after pre-judging a sweet potato and steak.
        Is this legit?
Not to hijack anything from this thread....but this is why I stopped prepping guys. Too many times they go to other guy instead of asking the prep person SPECIFIC questions. Nail them down to a specific answer. I answered questions in specifics when it called for it.....and generalities when that was called for. Unfortunately there were times that even when you give them the answer the competitor mentally is freaking out and does not listen to you and goes off and asks someone else. Then you look like the bad guy because they didnt get what they wanted out of it. The last guy I prepped was Scott (Layne you met him at a show this past summer in Illinois). He listened to everything except the advice for the night show. But all in all the guy was spot on.

Ok, that was very long winded.....but bottom line is this....you deal with ONE prep person...and ONE only. You should know about 6 - 8 weeks out if you are comfortable with them or not. If you arent...and stay with them....I dont see many who will have sympathy for your situation. By coming on here and saying "Earl is pretty much a terrible contest prep person" is kind of a jack-off move in my book. Look to yourself before dogging someone.

And people say I disagree with EVERYTHING! AZ is one of the smartest guys on here, strictly from his posts that is...lol

I need to add to this and say if this guy Earl is a terrible prep guy then you are even a worse competitor for hiring him then going elsewhere for numerous answers. Most of the time guys dont want the real answer, they want confimation on what they think is right.

NO you are not owned. Actually you did what I did and what every newbie competitor will do. Get ready for it to get even worse between tonight and tomorrow. the more nervous you get the more you will need reconfirmation. To be honest I'm pretty impressed with your pic and thats not so easy to do! Nice Ham Glute tie in.

I have also read the Article that Dave wrote about taking 300 mg of Dhea. He says it will cause an increase in muscle, but I am still NOT sold on it still.

DHEA will do nothing but send your ESTROGEN through the roof!!!

Don't worry about it, I think everyone understands.

Probably best to just stick with one plan in future though.

My man.....do not let yourself get down. Take everything as a learning experience. Do what you can tomorrow at your show and move forward after. You may surprise yourself tomorrow. Often times competitors think they look worse than they really are.....I am no exception.
