                  • more or less, though I don't think you should be eating junk food to hit those as it is lower fiber and fiber increases thermogenesis and additionally high fiber foods are more filling than junk food

                        During a keto diet...would it be counterproductive to be taking in EAA's and BCAA's pre workout...somewhere i read about insulingenic amino acids or something like that...what does this acutally mean and should i stay clear of these during a keto diet?...i saw a post asking about ure dvd what would that Dvd intail...

                                Yea. BCAAs have been shown to enhance insulin sensitivity and if anything they have been shown to aid fat loss & muscle retention while on a diet. People have this all or nothing view of insulin... like if you release any at all it stops all fat burning everywhere... which is absolute nonsense
