2 part question..
i've already started keto, how do you reccomend i phase back into carbs?
part 2: i'm gonna start applying your 4/2 bulk/cut concept, its obviously effectiive for you, i'll give it a shot.. do you think it matter what my starting point is? (i'm far from these guys like tommy,etc, i've never competed nor am i close to being able to)? or would you reccoment more of a long term bulk?

i was lookin at those pics of alex a, and he looks amazing.. do you think part of it is genetic at how ripped he is? or just dieting like a mad man... i have dieted hard before doing 2+ hours of cardio and have never been close to that lean, although i would love to get like that. Do you think that is possible natural?

I would just gradually increase carbs week to week, probably 10-20g per week until you are back up to a normal intake
