        • ok i took 3 pills of dialene 4 the other day, 30 minutes later I looked like a lobster LOL! Im assuming its from the niacene.. so i have been taking 2 now im actually kinda nervous to take 3 again because i dont want to look like a lobster.. is there anyway to avoid this?

                    • First and foremost, as I've said already, INSANE video.

                      I have a question regarding the bulk/cut cycle.
                      I calculatated my BMR at 1525.1, then using the Harris Benedict Equation
                      for moderate activity: 2363.9
                      very active:2630
                      I figure I am somewhere around the 2500 calorie range. (worked out nicely I know)

                      I am taking in around 2,900-3,000 calories right now to bulk, and I am planning on dropping it to around 2,200 or should this be 2000? for the 2-3 week cut.
                      I hope this is right so far.
                      With those numbers I would refeed once a week, with a 1.5x2500 = 3750kcal?
