      • Just curious, and forgive me if this is a stupid question. I've seen the work you've done with the guys, most recently with Sporto. Their conditioning is unbelievable. Have you had the same success with women? The reason I ask is I know that hormones and such are different with women. OUr bodies like to hold the fat more stubbornly than men. I wasn't sure if you'd worked much with getting a woman contest ready.

                              i've seen all your life of a nat pro vids, but i guess i musta missed one, bc i watched them again just now and didnt remember seein the "training legs" one where you spoke of your "routine"
                              the
                              mon- heavy ass upper body compounds,
                              tues- heavy ass lower compounds
                              wed- sweet sweet recovery
                              thurs- chest/back- hypertrophy
                              fri- legs? i believe it was, hyp.
                              sat- arms/delt- hyp.

                              seems like a preetty foolproof regiment,
                              is that one that you stick to / found the best results with?
