  • Layne, don't know if you have addressed this earlier in the thread but how do you feel about diet sodas(trying the 4 week bulk 2 week cut)? Every now and then one sounds good. Thanks

              thats fabulous, Layne......i believe you front squat with a free bar too....
              I love to front squat, but I often tweak my low back, especially if I do free bar as opposed to smith mahine...keep up the good work..its tough getting old, injuries happen too often....lol..

                    This is my first post here, but I've been a member for a couple of weeks now. I've spent a lot of my down time over the last few weeks reading through your entire thread. I feel like I just finished a phenomenal read, and actually found myself disappointed to reach the end. So many questions which I had regarding diet, nutrition, training, etc. have been answered, and I want to say thanks for taking the time and effort to put all of this info. out here for everyone. It's amazing to see the amount of time and effort you put into to making this info. available, and you're a great asset to the sport. Thanks again for everything you've done, and I look forward to following this thread in the future.

                          i don't control when they come out. We have already filmed episode 13 & 14. 13 has already been submitted; so right now it's up to bodybuilding.com. Email them lol
