With 16oz. of post workout whey protein (ON), maltodextrin, and creatine. Another 16oz. of bacc fluid seems like a bunch of fliud at one time. Would you suggest combining them?
i space out my BCAA like this
5g breakfast
5g preworkout
10-15g postworkout
5g before bed
5g when i wake up to pee during the night lol

i wasn't going to reply to your young ass but after reading your post to a guy who asked about a three day split and all you did was put him down for asking a question on a bodybuilding forum made to help others questions.if you can't help someone then don't answer there questions your probably curse a young kid out asking for help in the gym making him feel worst about himself.but after reading some of your workouts i can't figure out why you would talk so much shit.some advice if you can't help don't reply to someone and don't disrespect people you can't see, fights like that don't get you no wins or props.

you post a response then take it to the next level that says alot about your personality, but let me say i posted questions to derick and layne and though they might seem like stupid questions there was a reason i asked thats what boards are made for.so for my questions yes i tore my quad and was looking for another way to train and higher volume seems like a good route.you do come off as a internet guru i never seen layne,dc,phil hernon or any other tell someone to not post a question and go buy a book,as it dosn't matter to me there are many on here that know me i competed in powerlifting and at 20 squatted 755-be480-dl655 at 242 and yes tore my quad and took a several year layoff, far from a stupid newbee as you would say.people ask questions they were thinking about could be something they read and want another's opinion on,or another's topic on another's board i like derick anthonys post and respect layne's point of veiw,i done good luck with your lifting and i hope layne doesn't treat you like you treat others.

layne knows i respect him (i think anyway) hell i do everything he says! (except bring my protein down) anyway, well i hope we can all just be friends. no reason to get our pannies in a bundle. it's just a stupid message board anyway. there are more important things in life. sorry i offended you bro2013 NPC MID-ILLINOIS LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMP

Oke Layne, a weighted myself this morning again after 2 weeks of dieting and I am the same weight as last week. The first week I dropped 4 pounds and now nothing. Like you have said to me that I should continue with my diet and if I should drop more than 2 pounds this week I should up my carbs a bit. I did follow basically the same diet. How is this possible? I still think that I have lost some fat but the scale didn't chance. How do you think this is possible? I increased my water intake this couple of days and that helped a lot with my intensity in the gym. Maybe I have gained some muscle? What should I do? I don't perform any cardio right now. Should I begin doing cardio. Beginning with twice a week, half an hour after weight session?
I am eating about:
protein 220
carbs 192,5
fat 50
I am 1.82 meter
