day 1 - 10x 3 squat/dead
day 2- 10 x 3 bench/push press
day-3 rest
day 4- hypertrophy legs
day 5- hypertrophy chest/back
day 6- hypertrophy delts/arms
day 7- rest
repeat.
ehh?? is that frequently enough for each body part in your opinion/without overtraining?
