OK, I'll finish off my vanadyl and fat burners then give an ALA and Dialene combo a try. Incidentally, my gym has about 50 eight by tens thanks to the gym's manager TJ (a great natural competitor) and you are among the pics. You signed it saying not to let anyone outwork you (which I saw you had on tee's at one point). Actually it seems many of the drug free WNBF and OCB pics are congregating on one wall and I'll be bringing in a contest pic to add to that section. I was doing legs last night and relating your recent hack squat footage with a fellow gym member. Like yourself I am a fan of all bodybuilding but am always proud to hype the real drug free pros out there. Thanks again.

hey layne just curious what your weekly food shopping list usally looks like?
and how many meals do you eat about a day?

I contacted the NGA to purchase my pro card and I was told that the promoter of my show (Earl Snyder) hadn't turned in any info on it. I tried to email him about a week back and didn't get a response. Any advice on what I should do?

I generally don't recommend ketogenic diets... I would read through this thread, read my articles http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne.htm
