          • So then, is R-ALA the only glucose disposal agent of any merit in your opinion?

Thanks for the answers. I guess damn everything has its ups and downs.

            • Layne,

I finally went out and bought some Sesamin and noticed that I started to feel somewhat warmer than normal. Have you ever experienced this?

              Maybe it is just me.

layne, just wanted to thank you for all the solid info you've given, i've been doing that upper power, lower power, rest, hypertrophy hypertrophy hypertrophy rest split you mentioned in one of your vids, my gains have been unreal, bodyweight is going up apprx a pound a week or so (its a bit much, but eh) but my strength/size is skyrocketing like i'm on drugs or somethin, smashing personal bests every workout..
                    rock on layne!
