layne, just wanted to thank you for all the solid info you've given, i've been doing that upper power, lower power, rest, hypertrophy hypertrophy hypertrophy rest split you mentioned in one of your vids, my gains have been unreal, bodyweight is going up apprx a pound a week or so (its a bit much, but eh) but my strength/size is skyrocketing like i'm on drugs or somethin, smashing personal bests every workout..

hey layne when u cut do you drop carbs from each meal little by little or do you switch to only like 3-4 carb meals a day?
i have 6 carb meals 1 just steak and i been just lowering the amount i eat with each meal like weekly, lowering each amount of oatmeal by like 10g. is this a good way to do it? thanks m8

I am currently in a "bulking stage" , should I take a day for all protein and Veggies with minimal carbs , to "Shock" my metabolism?
