Ben,
was great meeting you and your fiance... the thing i'm worried about it just making sure it's something that will not affect the shape of my pec for the rest of my life. If it takes a 6,9,12 month recovery period, I can make piece with that so long as it heals
likewise...Dedra had a blast and said you and Isabel were absolutely wonderful people and she's glad I associate myself with good people from the boards instead of all the weirdos

Question. The ALA I purchased also contains biotin. Now I know that's a B vitamin, but what if any benefit would there be with having it with the ALA?
On a plus side. I'm finishing my first week of the 1200mg/day ALA protocol, and I must say that I have noticed a difference with not only how I recover (not just the time but the ability), and it seems easier for me to digest higher amounts of carbs at a time. Being 36 years old, this is a good thing
I'm interested to see what comes in the next 30 days.
Thank you for all the great info and studies.Assistant to the regional manager.
