Layne,
I was looking to maybe get your opinion on a contest prep diet. I was looking to do a typical carb diet for a contest prep, and I was looking into maybe doing a calorie cycle diet, carb cycle diet, or a straight 2991kcal through the entire diet. What seems to work best for you when you are getting prepared for a show? I tried the keto diet last yr and I lost tons of muscle. I just missed getting my wnbf pro card last yr because of this.
Thanks for your help.
D
Good luck tomorrow bro!! Stay away from those perks!

GOOD LUCK LAYNE!
Please keep any and all support regarding Layne and his upcoming surgery to nothing more than "Good Luck Layne" with one exclamation point. You may use all caps, if you feel it is neccesary.
Anything more than "GOOD LUCK LAYNE!" is extremely excessive, as pointed out by the guy not being a "jerk".Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but rising every time we fall.
