          unfortunately none of the benches are adjustable at my gym (the flat bench ones) so my only option would be slight incline with dumbells only which i really dont mind

                            You want me too? I keep my hands shoulder width apart as its too hard my bad wrist and also kills my elbows any closer....I can move the wieght much better and keep constant tension on my triceps when I do flat....


                            Sorry to hijack your thread Layne....I read your post over at MM....Hang in there buddy!! a couple more weeks in the sling will pay off big time a couple years down the road when your chest is alot stronger than it used to be....

                              15g BCAA
                              30-40g CHO (can be dex, or WMS or something of the like)
                              3-5g creatine mono
                              300mg lipoic acid (might sting some)
                              2g beta alanine
                              3g citrulline malate.

                              whole food meal soonafter containing 40-50g protein, 75-150g CHO (depends on goals, weight, etc), and less than 10g fat

                                75-150 grams of carbs! i dont barely get that in a day!
