    • so layne i dont meanto bother you but is 10 grams of mono good a day because i herd that days you do legs you can take in more i do legs every sunday kinda painful but they need to grow if ya know what i mean lol but i really want to make sure im taking it the best safeist and healthiest way. should i take it pre workout or post cuz i like to drink my x tend while i workout

          10g is absurd overkill, 5g is more than enough

                        • good news today. My lab had been running low on funds. So earlier this year I spent countless hours working on grants that I submitted to ASN, The Egg Board, and The National Cattlemen's Beef Association. Well I just found out today that the Egg Board approved my grant for around 90k over 2 years! I'm back in business! I will have enough money to run the experiments I want and finish up! I'm super stoked right now! Hopefully if I get the beef grant as well, then I can do some really really really cool stuff!

                              • a few follow ups, the one i'm real excited about is our examination of the refractory nature of protein synthesis to constant elevations in amino acids. We are going to see if we can indeed initiate another synthetic response about 2 hours after a meal by dosing BCAAs, carbs alone, or carbs plus BCAA. Gabe Wilson will be helping me with that (Gabe is VP of abcbodybuilding.com)
